We’ve been told since childhood to eat our vegetables. Maybe your parents or caretakers made tantilizing meals, creating a love of healthy food. Or perhaps vegetables came in the form of french fries with in the drive-thru.

If you’re a veggie lover, you are probably rolling your eyes.

And this article is probably much too simple for you.

If you use your knife to push anything resembling a vegetable away from your chicken nuggets — and you are an adult — you’ve come to the right place. And I promise, there is no judgment here. In fact, it’s important that you know that you are not alone.

I spent several years working for a non-profit called Doctor Yum when I first became a health coach. I taught classes to kids and their families. I created new recipes, and coached families on how to make delicious, healthy food from scratch.
